Fight choreographer-turned-director Ridley Tsui Bo-wah spins this low-budget action flick about a romantically linked Hong Kong duo -- Yue Hwa (Roy Cheung) and his girlfriend Hwang Mei-soo (Lily Chung Suk-wai) -- who are hell-bent on wreaking havoc in the Mainland. While swiping six million dollars from a vicious Chinese gangster named Pang Chen (Hugo Ng Toi-yung), the two, along with their associate, accidentally mutilate the crime lord along the way. Fleeing from Pang's henchmen and the Chinese security forces, the trio nabs the daughter of a wealthy family and demands ten million dollars in ransom. When their hideout is revealed to Pang by one of their colleagues, bullets, blood, and bodies go flying. Soon the police also close in on the doomed couple.
